I. Member’s Basic Information
To become a BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and/or GameZone Member, new
players may either personally register onsite or through
remote/online registration. As part of the registration process,
players are required to provide mandatory personal information and
present one (1) valid government-issued Identification (ID) Card. By
submitting their personal data, players acknowledge that they have
read and understood the Data Privacy Policy, which outlines how
their information will be collected, processed, and safeguarded in
accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Only persons
twenty-one (21) years of age and above and not among the banned
personalities as provided under the Memorandum Circular No. 6,
Series of 2016, of The Office of the President, shall strictly be
allowed to register and avail of the services of an Online Gaming
Platform.

communication materials, including but not limited to administrative
updates, regulatory notices, and promotional offers. You may opt out
of receiving marketing-related communications at any time by
adjusting your preferences in your account settings or by contacting

III. Collection of Personal Information and Privacy Statement
By registering, and thereafter continuing to access or use any of
the services, platforms, or facilities of BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or
GameZone, you signify your consent and authorization for BingoPlus,
ArenaPlus, or GameZone to collect, process, store, and share your
personal information such as but not limited to your complete name,
date of birth, contact details, and other personal circumstances, as
a requirement of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation
(PAGCOR) and for the purpose of providing you with our various
services.
For a safe and enjoyable gaming experience, your personal
information upon registration shall likewise be collected and shared
to company’s holding company, affiliates, subsidiaries, accredited
operators duly licensed by PAGCOR, and other third parties, on a
need-to-know basis, or to carefully selected partners or third-
party service providers solely for the following:
1. For purposes of enhancing the security of customer’s account,
safeguarding funds and for the establishment of a proactive risk
control or risk management.
2. Provision of various services, administration of your account,
accounting, market study, player and game tracking, profiling and
customer assistance.
3. For release of prizes and implementation of promotional
activities or games.
4. For purposes of business continuity and system migration in
connection with all related gaming platforms in order to ensure
uninterrupted access and improved user experience.
5. For the purpose of facilitating the orderly migration or transfer
of player accounts, data, and related functionalities to a new or
additional platform, provided that, such platform is duly licensed
by PAGCOR and, provided further, that the transfer of any such
information shall only be made to accredited operators duly licensed
by PAGCOR. The disclosure, sharing, assignment, or transfer of data
may involve personal information, including sensitive personal
information, and all player-related data in the custody of
BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone. Such disclosure shall be limited
to what is necessary for said migration or transfer and shall be
subject to appropriate data protection and confidentiality
safeguards consistent with applicable privacy and gaming laws and
regulations.
6. Other analogous circumstances.
In processing your personal information/data BingoPlus, ArenaPlus,
and GameZone adhere to a strict privacy policy in accordance with
Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
1. In addition to the above-mentioned purposes, BingoPlus,
ArenaPlus, and GameZone collect personal information/data, which
will be used to facilitate the transaction, track and administer
your account, and improve efficiency in providing you with our
products and services.
2. BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone shall keep the Member’s
information strictly confidential. The information you give us will
not be sold, shared with subsidiaries, third-party service
providers, suppliers, related companies, or made available to the
public, except in line with the disclosed purposes, in the course of
our ordinary business, or when authorized by and in accordance with
Philippine law or any valid order of the court or government
agencies.
3. BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone apply strict security measures
and uses automated systems to make sure that the Data Privacy
standards for confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your
personal data are met. Our employees are trained to handle your
personal data and we have internal controls in place to avoid and
handle personal data breach.
4. BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone is governed by the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines. For all intents and purposes, the
storage location of all personal data collected is in the
Philippines.
5. Your information shall be kept in our system for as long as your
account is active and for a period of at least one (1) year from
your last visit.
6. For any complaints, which include, but is not limited to, the
handling, correction, or request for deletion of your personal
information, please contact us at cs@bingoplus.vip.
IV. Terms and Conditions for Membership
BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone is open to qualified individuals
twenty-one (21) years old and above.
Pursuant to Presidential Decree 1869, as amended by Republic Act
9487, persons under 21 years of age or students of any school,
college, or university in the Philippines are not allowed to play in
this gaming establishment or in our Online Gaming Platform.
Pursuant to Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 8, the following are
not allowed to enter, stay, and/or play in the gaming
establishment/platform:
1. Government officials and employees connected directly with the
operation of the Government or any of its agencies.
2. Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the
Army, Navy, Air Force, or the Philippine National Police.
3. Persons under 21 years of age.
4. PAGCOR officials and employees;
5. Unregistered players;
6. Banned individuals;
7. Spouse, common-law partner, children, parents of officials and
persons mentioned in items (1), (2), and (4) above.
8. Persons included to the National Database of Restricted Persons;
9. Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders; and
10. Financiers/Loan Sharks and the like.
BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and/or GameZone has the right to deny
application or terminate the membership of any individual reasonably
suspected to be violating or who is violating the terms and
conditions of the membership, or applicable rule or regulation, or
providing false or inaccurate information during the membership
registration. By proceeding with the membership registration, you
hereby attest and expressly confirm that you do not fall under any
of the categories of the restricted persons above.
Funds or credits in the account of a player who is found ineligible
to play shall mean forfeiture of said fund/credits in favor of the
Government. In compliance with the latest rules and regulations of
PAGCOR.
V. Responsible Gaming
Customers or players are required to be informed regarding of the
responsible gaming reminders of PAGCOR such as the prohibition of
playing online games in open and public places.
VI. Jackpot Winnings and Prizes
In accordance with the National Internal Revenue Code of the
Philippines (NIRC), as amended by the Tax Reform for Acceleration
and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Law), all jackpot and other prizes
exceeding Ten Thousand Pesos (Php10,000.00) are subject to a final
withholding tax of twenty percent (20%). The player acknowledges and
agrees that BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone is authorized to
withhold and remit such tax to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
as required by law.
Definition of Terms
Jackpot Prize means the top prize won in a game. It
may be a fixed amount or a progressive jackpot. It is won when a
designated pattern or combination is achieved. It may also be won as
a random jackpot prize.
Prize means cash offered or striven in game.
Interests, Prizes, and Other Winnings. A final tax
at the rate of twenty percent (20%) is hereby imposed upon the
amount of interest, yield, or any other monetary benefit earned from
any currency bank deposit or deposit substitute, trust funds, and
other similar arrangements (except prizes amounting to Ten thousand
pesos (Php10,000) or less which shall be subject to tax under
Subsection (A) of Section 24 under the NIRC as amended by the TRAIN
Law.)
For all qualifying Jackpot prizes, the Operator is legally required
to withhold twenty percent (20%) of the prize amount and remit the
full tax amount to BIR.
Tax Withholding: For all qualifying Jackpot prizes,
the Operator is legally required to withhold twenty percent (20%) of
the prize amount and remit the full tax amount to BIR.
Scope of Application:
Scope of Application: This rule applies to all games on the
Platform, including both self-developed and third-party games.
User Rights: Players are not required to file or
pay this tax separately. The filing and remittance of the tax is the
sole responsibility of the Platform operator. Official tax forms are
available to winners upon request.
VII. Binding Effect of Game Mechanics and Amendments
By registering for and/or using the online gaming platform, the
player expressly acknowledges and agrees that all game mechanics,
rules, and conditions—including any modifications, updates, or
adjustments made from time to time—are binding upon the player.
BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone reserves the right, at its sole
discretion, to revise, update, or modify any aspect of the gameplay,
mechanics, features, or interface, with or without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes the
player’s acceptance of the revised game mechanics.
VIII. Authority to Determine Final Results
The player agrees that the platform, through its certified game
engine and backend systems, has the sole and exclusive right to
determine, validate, and declare the official and final result of
any game or spin. By registering as a player, and accepting the
Terms Of Use of the platform, the player has deemed that it has
expressly accepted all the game results based on the sole and final
determination of BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone.
No challenge, claim, or dispute regarding the outcome of any game
shall be entertained unless the player provides evidence of a
technical malfunction not attributable to the player’s own device,
network, or actions. The internal records, logs, and game history
shall serve as the authoritative basis for resolving any
discrepancies or disputes.
IX. Player Responsibility
It is the player’s responsibility to stay informed of the current
game mechanics and updates. All such changes shall be deemed
incorporated into this Terms of Use upon publication or
implementation on the platform.
X. System Safety and Security
The online gaming system is designed with your safety and security
as our top priorities. BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone employ
advanced and robust security protocols to protect your personal
information and ensure a secure gaming environment.
To guarantee the fairness and integrity of our games, the online
gaming system undergoes regular and rigorous testing by independent
third-party laboratories. These tests are conducted to ensure that
all games operate in accordance with industry standards and
regulatory requirements. The online gaming system has been certified
by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), a globally recognized
authority in gaming certification and testing. GLI certification
means that our platform has met or exceeded the strict standards for
fairness, randomness, and reliability set by GLI.
XI. Virtual Prize Wheel Feature in Covered Games
Virtual Prize Wheel feature is available in the majority of games
offered on the platform, providing players with additional chances
to win bonuses, rewards, or in-game prizes as part of the overall
gaming experience. Each segment of the wheel represents a different
prize amount.
1. How to Play
a. The player initiates a spin by clicking the virtual wheel
interface.
b. Once the spin is activated, the system’s randomization algorithm
computer program determines the outcome.
c. The result is displayed to the player via an on-screen pop-up
notification and recorded in the player’s spin record history which
are fully synchronized with the platform’s backend system, which
serves as the conclusive determination of the official game outcome
and winner.
2. Determination of Winner
The official and binding result of each spin shall be determined by
the following:
a. Pop-up Notification – The on-screen message that appears
immediately after each spin reflects the official result of the game
and the reward (if any) received.
b. Spin Records – The result of each spin is recorded in the
player’s spin history, accessible within the game interface. This
record serves as a reference for both the player and the platform.
c. Backend System Records – The platform’s backend system, including
transaction logs, shall serve as the final and authoritative source
in the event of any discrepancy. These backend records shall prevail
over any display issues.
3. No Manual Intervention
All outcomes are determined automatically by the certified game
system and cannot be altered, influenced, or reversed by any party,
including BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, GameZone or the player.
4. Dispute Resolution
In case of any discrepancy between the pop-up result, spin records,
or any other display, the backend system logs and records shall be
the sole basis for determining the actual outcome. The decision
based on these records shall be final and unappealable.
XII. BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone Has No Liability
I acknowledge and agree that no liability shall be attached to
BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone if the latter is unable to
complete any funding instructions initiated by me for any reason
beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following:
i. If, through no fault of BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone, my
Account does not contain sufficient funds or if the deposit or
withdrawal would exceed the transactional limit set for my Account;
ii. The payment processing center/system is not working properly or
is under system maintenance and I am aware or have been advised by
BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone about the malfunction or system
downtime or maintenance before I execute the fund transfer
instructions
iii. I have not provided the correct account information, or
information that I provided becomes incorrect; and/or
iv. Circumstances beyond the control of BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or
GameZone (such as, but not limited to, fire, flood, system
breakdown, technical bugs or malfunction, and/or types of players;
or interference from an outside force), even if foreseeable or
foreseen, that may prevent the proper execution of the transfer
instructions and BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone have taken
reasonable precautions to avoid those circumstances.
In the event of technical bugs, malfunctions or any analogous
circumstances that may affect the game results, BingoPlus,
ArenaPlus, or GameZone reserves the right, in its sole and exclusive
discretion, to independently determine the game result subject to
compliance with applicable rules and regulations of PAGCOR.
Account Suspension may be implemented due to the following reasons:
a. National Database for Restricted Persons – persons banned from
gaming.
b. Multiple accounts – only one (1) Online Gaming Platform account
shall be allowed per player.
c. Promo and Chips Abuser – Reasonable suspicion of being engaged in
activities that are in breach of our promotional guidelines.
d. Underage and Banned Personalities – only persons twenty-one (21)
years of age and above and not among banned personalities
e. Other transactions that may be deemed suspicious and subject to
further investigation upon the sole and exclusive discretion of
BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone.
f. Use of bot software is not permitted and, if the player is found
to have used such software, it will be considered cheating, and the
player may be sanctioned accordingly.
XIII. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Provision
1. Compliance with AML Laws:
a. You acknowledge and agree that BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone,
the operator of this Online Gaming Platform, is committed to full
compliance with all applicable AML laws and regulations, including,
but not limited to, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (the "AMLA").
2. Customer Verification and Reporting:
a. By using the Online Gaming Platform, you consent to and
understand that BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone may perform
customer verification checks and maintain records of your
transactions in accordance with AMLA requirements.
b. You agree to report any suspicious or potentially AMLA-related
activities or transactions to BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone as
soon as such activities are identified.
3. Record-Keeping:
a. Arena Plus shall maintain accurate records of your transactions
and personal information as required by law, strictly for Anti-Money
Laundering (AML) compliance. Such records will be securely stored
and accessed only by authorized personnel. Retention of AML-related
data will comply with legal requirements, and customers may request
access to their records subject to applicable laws and regulations.
4. Termination of Accounts:
a. You acknowledge that BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone reserves
the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to the Platform
for any player found to be involved in, or reasonably suspected of
being involved in, money laundering or other illicit financial
activities. BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone may, but shall not
have the obligation to, inform you prior to suspending, terminating
or restricting the access pursuant to this clause.
b. You acknowledge the authority of BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or
GameZone to suspend, terminate or restrict the access and
accordingly, you shall hold BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone free
and harmless against any and all consequences of such suspension,
termination or restriction, or any loss or damage which you may
suffer as a result thereof.
5. Cooperation with Investigations
a. You agree to cooperate with BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone,
law enforcement agencies, and relevant authorities in the event of
an AMLA investigation or inquiry.
6. Penalties for Non-Compliance:
a. You acknowledge that non-compliance with AMLA laws and
regulations may result in legal penalties and could lead to the
suspension, termination, or restriction of your account on the
Platform and even criminal prosecution.
7. Amendments to AML Requirements:
a. You agree that BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, or GameZone may, at its
discretion, amend its AMLA requirements to align with changes in AML
related laws and regulations. You are expected to adhere to these
changes promptly.
XIV. Insurance Protection for Your Deposit & Winnings
In BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone, your verified deposits and
winnings are safe. To give you extra peace of mind, we have
partnered with an Insurance Company that can cover valid claims in
case of non-payment.
What’s Covered
• If we unjustifiably refuse or unable to release your confirmed
deposits and winnings, you may file a claim with the Insurance
Company.
• The claim will cover the exact amount of your verified deposits
and winnings that we failed to release, subject to the policy
limits, restrictions, and conditions below.
What’s Not Covered
The Insurance Company will not cover claims if:
• The winnings are based on fraudulent or invalid bets.
• You violated our terms of use, promotional rules, or applicable
rules of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• PAGCOR or the courts have already ruled that your claim is not
valid.
• Your claim is disqualified based on the terms and conditions
below.
Why This Matters
This insurance coverage is an added safeguard to protect players.
While we remain fully committed and responsible for paying all your
verified deposits and winnings, the insurance gives you extra
assurance that your money is safe with us at all times.
Terms and Conditions of the Insurance Protection
The insurance policy shall provide limited coverage for non-payment
of verified deposits and winnings of the Players, subject to the
terms and conditions below.
1. Covered Risks
The Insurance Company may accept claims in cases where:
1.1. BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone (collectively, the
“Company”) refuses or fails to pay confirmed player deposits and
winnings, provided that, the deposits and winnings are valid, duly
recorded, and not subject to fraud, error, or breach of gaming
rules.
1.2. The refusal to pay arises from business, operational, or
liquidity issues, not from misconduct, fraud, mistake, negligence,
or wrongdoing by the Player.
2. Eligibility
Insurance coverage may apply only if all of the following conditions
are satisfied:
2.1. The Player is duly registered with any of the Company’s brands
and has successfully completed electronic Know-Your-Customer (eKYC)
verification.
2.2. The Player has made at least one successful verified deposit
into his gaming account.
2.3. The Player remains in full compliance with the Terms of Use,
promotion rules, and all applicable laws and regulations, including,
but not limited to, the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and
Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
2.4. The Player is not disqualified under Section 5 (Prohibited
Persons).
2.5. The Insurance Policy remains active, valid, and unexpired for
the period subject of the claim.
3. Exclusions and Disqualifications
The Insurance Company shall not be liable for claims in the
following situations:
Fraudulent, manipulated, or invalid bets or deposits placed by the
Player.
3.2. Winnings disputed due to violation of gaming or promotion
rules, regulations, or terms of use.
3.3. Bonuses, locked funds, free bets, pending wagers, and
promotional credits.
3.4. Deposits or winnings by virtue of any suspicious transaction or
suspected unlawful activity.
3.5. Indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of opportunity,
reputation, or emotional damages.
3.6. Normal gaming or betting losses without the fault or negligence
of the Company.
3.7. Technical errors, hacks, account breaches, glitches, and other
technical issues caused by the Player’s own negligence, mistake, or
actions.
3.8. Player failed KYC/AML verification or violated PAGCOR rules or
other applicable regulations.
3.9. Player terminated or closed his gaming account with the
Company.
3.10. The account balance, deposits, or winnings is subject to
dispute, investigation, or suspected unlawful activity.
3.11. Claims where the Player has not yet exhausted internal
remedies with the Company (i.e., direct request for payment).
3.12. Cases where PAGCOR or the courts have issued a lawful order
denying the claim.
3.13. The claim was filed beyond the prescribed period.
4. Claim Amount Covered
The Insurance Company’s liability shall be limited to the exact
amount of verified deposits or winnings, subject to the policy limit
per Player and per claim.
Insurance coverage is limited to a maximum of
PHILIPPINE PESOS: ONE MILLION PESOS (Php1,000,000.00)
per Player. The maximum aggregate limit is
PHILIPPINE PESOS: ONE BILLION (Php1,000,000,000.00).
5. Prohibited Persons
The following individuals shall not be eligible for insurance
coverage or claims:
5.1. Government officials and employees connected directly with the
operation of the Government or any of its agencies;
5.2. Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the
Army, Navy, Air Force, or the Philippine National Police;
5.3. Persons under 21 years of age;
5.4. PAGCOR officials and employees;
5.5. Unregistered players;
5.6. Banned individuals;
5.7. Spouse, common-law partner, children, parents of officials and
persons mentioned in items (5.1), (5.2), and (5.4) above;
5.8. Persons included to the National Database of Restricted
Persons;
5.9. Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders; and
5.10. Financiers/Loan Sharks and the like
5.11. Such other prohibited persons pursuant to applicable laws,
rules, and regulations.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following acts shall void eligibility and/or claims:
6.1. Filing a claim without complete and valid player registration
and KYC.
6.2. Use of falsified, tampered, incomplete, or inconsistent
documents.
6.3. Transfer, assignment, or sale of insurance coverage or
benefits.
6.4. Filing multiple claims arising from the same incident.
6.5. Submitting duplicate or overlapping claims.
6.6. Use of another person’s account, ticket, or registration to
file a claim.
6.7. Collusion between players and the Company’s staff to facilitate
false claims.
6.8. Attempting to claim for transactions not covered by the
Insurance Policy.
6.9. Any discrepancy between the Company’s records and claimant
submissions.
7. Insurance Claims Process
Step 1: Initial Event
An insurance claim may arise when the Company refuses to release a
player’s verified deposits or winnings for any reason covered by the
insurance arrangement.
Step 2: Filing of Claim
The Player submits a formal claim directly to the Insurance Company,
providing all required documents and evidence to support the claim

Step 3: Insurance Company Review
Upon receipt of a claim, the Insurance Company will review and
determine the appropriate course of action. The Insurance Company
may, in the course of its investigation, require an independent
third-party validation by requesting the Player to secure a lawful
written order from PAGCOR or competent court affirming the Player’s
entitlement to his deposit and winnings. Upon presentation of such
an order, the Insurance Company may process the claim and release
the insurance proceeds.
Step 4: Final Decision
The Insurance Company retains the discretion to determine whether or
not to pay the claim, based on the circumstances and supporting
documents.
The insurer’s decision regarding claim validity and payment shall be
final, executory, and binding, without prejudice to rights available
under applicable laws. The Company shall not entertain appeals or
disputes relating to the determinations made by the Insurance
Company.
The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the
Insurance Program at any time, subject to applicable regulations.
These Terms of Use are subject to changes, revisions, updates, and
amendments from time to time without the need of prior notice or
consent of the user.
